Conflict Mineral Policy Statement
Niagara Refining LLC is committed to responsible sourcing of tungsten raw materials. We support the activities of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) to prevent tungsten raw materials from financing armed groups and other human right abuses in Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas (CAHRA). Through our membership in the TI-CMC, we will participate in the Responsible Minerals Assurance Policy (RMAP), which will assist us in having a clear and coherent process for managing our conflict mineral supply chain risk. We require that all tungsten concentrates delivered to us for processing by our suppliers be Conflict Free and that our suppliers comply with OECD guidelines.
Effective: 14 Oct 2015
